CHILDRENS MINISTRY & SUNDAY SCHOOL
Our Children’s Ministry is an important part of the church’s mission to help families grow in faith and raise children with a strong foundation in Christ Jesus and the God’s Word.
The Children’s Ministry and Sunday School provide an environment where children can learn about Jesus in ways that are appropriate for their age and stage of development. Through Bible teaching, worship, prayer, interactive activities, and fellowship, children are encouraged to understand God’s love, develop biblical values, and apply what they learn to their everyday lives.
SCRIPTURE & LESSONS
Sunday School serves as more than simply a weekly class. It provides an opportunity for children to build relationships with caring teachers and other children while growing in their understanding of Scripture. Lessons can help children learn foundational biblical truths, discover their identity in Jesus Christ, develop Christian character, and understand how their faith should influence the way they treat others and make decisions.
The ministry also seeks to create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. Teachers and ministry workers have the opportunity to partner with parents by reinforcing biblical principles taught at home and helping children develop a personal relationship with God.
OUR GOAL
Overall, the goal of our Children’s Ministry and Sunday School at Harvest Intercontinental Church Baltimore is to teach, disciple, nurture, and empower the next generation. By combining biblical instruction with worship, fellowship, and practical activities, the ministry seeks to help children grow spiritually and become confident young followers of Jesus who can positively influence their families, church, schools, and communities.
